Nidagravel N- XHD is an extra heavy duty gravel stabilization grid designed for commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. Unlike our honeycomb gravel stabilizers, the Nidagravel XHD is a small robust unit made from LDPE with thick grid walls and a large cell matrix.

 

It is easy to install and mechanically fill large areas in a single day, an important factor when resurfacing a large area. Nidagravel XHD remains visible and the top of the black grid matrix can be seen after installation.

 

A key purpose for the XHD is for use in surfacing applications that require a permeable surface that is capable of withstanding a high number of heavy vehicle movements with a high axle weight and the use of machinery such as forklifts and other material handling equipment.

 

The Nidagravel XHD works as a great choice for temporary hauling roads, where the usage is heavy, but the project temporary. The commercial contractor can quickly disassemble the Nidagravel XHD grid panels for re-use on new or phased projects.

 

Since the Nidagravel XHD is 100% permeable, there is no requirement for extensive drainage works on the project, allowing the rain to percolate through the sub base and sub grade.
